Thomas and Lee built Trifecta in April 2015 with one principle: if they could make it themselves, they would. The result was the first combined coffee bar, roastery, and bakery under one roof in Albuquerque — and it still is.

Every bean is roasted on-site. Every baked good is made daily. Every espresso cocktail on the Shaken Not Stirred menu is crafted with house-made syrups and SCAA-spec remineralized water. No shortcuts. No exceptions.
